After Sales Service

In order to receive an RMA number, please fill out the RMA request form located in the customer support section of the website and contact your sales rep, or fill in the contact request form below. Please note that we can only accept FMA requests for parts purchased directly from Dignity Electronics. RMAs will not be issued for parts purchased from distributors or 3rd party vendors.

To request spare parts, please specify the product serial number (located on the touch panel’s FPC), part type, quantity, company information and contact info and either contact us at sales@dignity.com.cn or input a service request in the form below.

For other after sales services, quality complaints, CAR notifications. etc., please contact us at quality@dignity.com.cn or fill the request details of your request in the contact field below.
